Volunteer or work as casual event staff for the 2026 Healthspan Summit — and be part of the future of healthspan alongside the scientists, founders, and thought leaders shaping the longevity field.

The event runs Oct 1–3, 2026 at Above the Block — 11301 W. Olympic Blvd, 3rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90064.

Volunteer perks

For volunteering two shifts (8 hours total), you’ll receive a General Admission pass (a $299 value), plus a free GA gift bag, subsidized parking, and more. Paid staff work event hours and don’t receive the pass, but are still part of all the action.

  • Security (prior experience required — paid role)
  • Floor Manager (prior experience required — paid role)

Attire

You’ll wear a magnetic badge we provide, along with a conservative business top and dark pants (unripped jeans and sneakers are ok).
