Partnership is an important part of how the Healthspan Collective operates. We may collaborate with carefully selected sponsors, educators, affiliates, technology providers, event partners, and other organizations that help us create programming and experiences.

When you intentionally engage with partner-sponsored content, register for a partner-supported program, request information, or otherwise indicate interest in a partner offering, information about that interaction may be provided to or processed with the relevant partner. Our principle is simple: partnership should create value for our community, not turn our community into the product.

Membership benefits, programming, locations, speakers, partners, events, schedules, and availability may change.

The Collective depends upon mutual respect. Members and participants agree to interact lawfully and respectfully and not misuse our platforms, impersonate others, harass participants, compromise security, scrape member information, or use community access to send unauthorized solicitations.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect our members, partners, organization, or community.

Unless otherwise indicated, Healthspan Collective content, branding, programming, recordings, designs, educational materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Healthspan Collective and may not be commercially reproduced or distributed without permission.

Content contributed by speakers, partners, creators, or members may remain the property of its respective owner.

While we curate our ecosystem carefully, participation by a speaker, practitioner, partner, brand, product, or service does not constitute a medical recommendation, guarantee of results, or warranty by Healthspan Collective.

To the extent permitted by law, Healthspan Collective is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our platforms, participation in programs, or independent decisions made based upon information presented through the Collective.

Technology, privacy law, and the Healthspan Collective will continue to evolve. We may update these terms and privacy practices as necessary and will update the effective date when material changes are made.
